The head teacher, staff and governors of Cowlersley Primary School work hard to build positive, supportive relationships with parents and carers and strive to provide an exceptional educational experience for every child. We are always delighted to receive positive feedback about the school from parents and carers, members of the community, other schools and staff.

 

We understand there may be times when a complaint is made and we aim to make sure that we take into account the interests of pupils, parents and carers and school staff when we handle complaints and attempt to deal with them efficiently and effectively.

 

We aim in the first instance to deal with complaints through discussion and mutual understanding and are always willing to listen.
